i know i know! i can’t believe i made it through the whole season either. it is thursday ( a day after the results) and we made it through the whole day without hearing or seeing the results. but if i hear one more person tell me “well you know…david wins” my head will explode. it was funny when allie said it last night. it was not funny when the 1 millionth person said it tonight. i get the joke.

anyway…after watching the american idol “reunion” show tonight…it made me still wish that michael johns won.

well there is still hope for that job at rock harbor.

i am pretty sure no one may read this any more. we have 11 days left of school so that should explain where i have been these last few weeks.

i have had a minor hiccup with my nike+ this month. i had to replace my ipod and nike+ sensor! i am still not too sure what happened…but apple was nice enough to replace it all for free, and jasen has been nice enough to let me borrow his ipod and sensor. the lack of tracking my running and 3 digit temperatures have me feeling May will not be my best month for running. however…i received an email from nike saying i am a member of the 500 miles club. ( i have run a total of 500 miles since i started last april!)

but more on that later…

i hope all is well with everyone…after a couple of weeks i plan to keep up a little better. also…i have been thinking about starting a facebook account. but am i too old for that?

run to 500 :: april update

well there went another month. it has been great but i have to admit i slacked a little in april compared to march. but hey…i feel like i am getting (a little) stronger and faster. that counts…right?

so in april i ran…99.77 miles average pace 8′21″/mi. i’ve improved by about 5 seconds…i feel like it should be more…but it’s better than nothing.

grand total :: 320.68 miles.

179.32 miles to go!
