run to 500 :: april update

well there went another month. it has been great but i have to admit i slacked a little in april compared to march. but hey…i feel like i am getting (a little) stronger and faster. that counts…right?

so in april i ran…99.77 miles average pace 8′21″/mi. i’ve improved by about 5 seconds…i feel like it should be more…but it’s better than nothing.

grand total :: 320.68 miles.

179.32 miles to go!
