santa cruz half marathon

a BIG type-out to lisa for encouraging me to sign up for a half marathon with her.

on april 19th we will be running the santa cruz half marathon. and jasen will be running the 10k.

i just completed week 1 of training…not too bad, but i am feeling pretty sore. but a good sore. i had to ice my ankle tonight, and i am praying it’s nothing serious…i am really trying to train thoughtfully and carefully.
