actually i have never had black hair…but i kinda like…even though the kids said they liked my hair better yesterday.

can’t win them all.

almost 5 months later, it looks as though we are getting the ball rolling for the 2nd time. yesterday, we had an appraiser come to appraise the house. and what a “shocker”…because of the movement (or lack of movement) in the area…our house appraised for $20k less. good news for us…bad news for the seller.

i have been informed that we are going back into “negotiations” with seller for the details. i was under the impression we were covered if the market dropped, and would benefit…but i guess i interpreted it wrong, or was misinformed.

we shall see how it all works out.
