don’t you love it when the days feel longer? i do. like today.
i got off work early and i was able to suit up for an outdoor run. it has been so long since i have ran outside…like 2 weeks! and my legs felt like bricks today. my body was responding as if i hadn’t ran in a month. boo.
but i was glad to be outside. now i need to do a better job balancing my treadmill and outdoor running. i am sure these longer days will help.
